The Cross Reach Sit Up is a variant of the Sit Up, adding additional effort to the obliques.

How to and step by step instructions:
- Lie down, your back on the floor, extended legs.
- Sit Up bringing one extended arm towards the opposite extended leg.
- Lie back down to the starting position.
Hints & tips:
- It is Ok to use a towel in the tailbone to avoid injury.
Benefits:
- Strengthen your core.
- Combines abs and hamstring strengthening.
