How to and step by step instructions:
- Sit on the floor, legs straight and feet together.
- Hands by the side of your hips.
- Press your shoulders down, lifting your butt of the ground.
- Raise your feet keeping the legs straight.
Hints & tips:
- Exercise requires preparation, it is not for beginners.
- Work your shoulders, arms, abs and quads prior to try this exercise.
