L Sit Shuffle. How-to, proper form and tips
Variant of the L Sit or the L Sit Walk, where you move with small steps, pausing on each small step.

How to and step by step instructions:
- Sit down on the floor, legs extended and feet together.
- Press down your shoulders and raise legs horizontally, in a L Sit position.
- Move the right arm a little forward, turning your torso and legs to the left, then rest.
- Again, raise in an L Sit position, move the left hand forward, and bring your legs to the right.
- Count each time you plane your butt on the floor.
Hints & tips:
- You must master the L Sit to do this move.
- Focus on your position and keep your back and legs straight.
Benefits:
- Strong core.
- Exercise is harder than the pure L Sit.
Counting & gamification:
- Count the distance you can move forward.
- Set a goal for a given period, say a session or week, and do the necessary number of repetitions until you reach that goal.
