Pull Up Row. How-to, proper form and tips
The Pull Up Row is basically a Pull Up while keeping the legs and feet pointing the ceiling.

How to and step by step instructions:
- Hand on the bar, hands shoulder-width apart.
- Raise the knees do the bar as in Tuck Front Lever.
- Raise your legs pointing the feet to the ceiling.
- This is the starting position.
- Bend the elbows, bringing the chest close to the bar.
- Extend the arms again, returning to the starting position.
